I have been chasing my tail with this engine trying to find the reason why it runs like crap. I recently installed a new FAST ECU setup and i am STILL having issues. The engine will not rev up. it falls on its face. The timing is set to 6 degrees. If I plug the EST wire back in after the timing is set, the timing will now read about 10 degres ATDC. WTF is up with that. The only way to get this engine to somewhat rev up is to just mess with the dizzy by moving it around until I find a sweet spot. Now I know I have installed this new FAST setup but the dealer I bought it off of tunes these things religouly and he set my up with a tune that he said should get me runnng pretty close to where I need to be. I trust his knowledge so I know that the tune I am running is pretty much not the cause of my problems. What can I look for that may cause my issues?
