I wrecked my 86' z28 and bought a 88' rs that was in a flood. I striped out everything of the 88' and put everything in it from my 86'. I put everything in the 88' that was on my 86' besides the damaged parts which I bought new ones for it. I haven't been able to find GM part #14082490 which I believe is called a silencer. This part only comes on a 85-86 camaro and firebird with tune port injection. It looks kind of like a soda can but with a quarter size hole through the top of it with a place to connect a heater hose at the end. It is painted black and is discontinued from GM. Please, if you have one I would like to buy it from you or help me to bypass it if possible.
