i have no clue where this knock is coming from its more like a ratlle knock tap sound its running real lean the knock is coming from the passenger side it almost sounds like its coming from the intake if i put my ear real close to it thats were its coming from. i grounded out all the spark plugs one at a time and its still knocking. at idle the knocking will go away then come back you can barly hear it when your driving.
has no power at all after 2k. if i sit there and hold it at 1500rpm it will drop down then go back up and so on. if i put my ear next to the passenger exuast i can hear it. i can hear the fuel pump working fuel filter is good. last year the plugs and wires were changed. the oil pressure is 30psi tell the motor warms up and it goes down to about 10-15 and at about 30 or under when im driving. put new o2 sensor in it last year when i put headers on it. i can play with the timing but the knock is still there. sometimes there is white smoke coming from the drivers side exuast and a little backfiring. what the hell could it be.
