anyone familiar with sportsman 2 heads?

they seem very reasonably priced for what they offer. 202 and 160 valves and 200cc runners. 64cc chambers.. would these be a good matchup for a HSR or is the runners too big? i will probably be matching this up with a LT4 hot cam. i need some experienced advice. thanks!

On a 383 or 400 they're just fine. On a 350 the bottom end can get a little mushy. Years back I compared them side by side with a set of Iron Eagles. They had a pretty good intake port but the exhaust looked bad to me- like a stock port with sharp angles, plenty of casting flash and a big fat valve guide boss. That was a few years back so I don't know if they have updated the casting since then. If I had used them I would have at least pocket ported the exhaust side before putting them on.

They'd probably work well with the HSR and Hot cam.
