Transmission: 700r4, b&m shiftkit
What stall torque conveter?

I have an older 700r4 that was originally a 27 spline, I am replacing the 27 spline with a 30 and want to throw in a b&m torque converter. The car has a 305 tpi, and will have headers, rear end is a 95 posi 3.73. The car will be a daily driver. 1900-2000 stall or 2300-2500? Also with that small of an engine will I even hit those stall speeds? Anyone? Thanks.
