fixing headlight motors tomorrow, can i buy new gears?
Im gonna finally get to those headlight gears tomorrow (both of them). and i hope i still have a good 180* of the gear left over thats not
stripped. but im wondering is there anyway i can buy some metal gears that i
can replace them with? or at least some more plastic ones i can get withouth
paying $100 for the motor at the dealer? or am i stuck with the junkyard?

The guy that had my car before me reworked both headlight motors. He went and bought rebuild kits for the power window motors and used the plastic gears and other internals from the kit. Each they run about 15 bucks. Have fun.
