Can I make holes in my Intake Gaskets?

I bought trick flow heads and they said go with the bigger intake gaskets. I went with them and they dont sell them with the heat cross over holes. Can I just cut my own out? BTW they dont make that big of intake gastet witht he crossover there already.

No reason you cant. Just leave as much gasket material as possible around the intake runners. If you need to get fairly close to the runners spread a thin layer of silicone on the gaskets.

I took a dab of grease and put around the hole, lined up the gasket, sharpened a piece of old 1/2 pipe and stamped the hole. It lined up perfect so I used the first gasket to line up the other side. With the TPI intake I didn't need two holes as it turned out but it didn't matter. This worked for me on my TFS 23 degree heads.
