steering colum question
if anyone has seen the parts wanted board, I'm looking for a steering colum. my question is: is it true that (for my car; atuo, cruise, and tilt) that ony a colum out of a 90-92 will work in my car? if so why or why not?

Yes there is a difference between the 90 - 92 models and the earlier models. Particularly in the area of how they mount at the firewall. Another thing is the difference between the automatic transmission steering colums and the manual transmission steering columns.

Don't forget about the air bag on '90-'92
And the key has a special button for the manual to be able to remove the key (auto has it on the shifter).
