CCV Hose

I think this thing is about 1/2" ID. Does anyone know where I can get standard unmolded hose for this? The only hose I've found in 1/2" ID is heater hose, which probably won't work too well if/when blowbly occurs, for the same reason heater hose isn't used for the PCV valve. The internal of the hose is a bit oily after high load runs. I want to run it to a catch can to see how much oil is coming out. The only hose that I think will hold up, from what I've found at Pep Boy's, is 3/8" fuel line hose, which is 1/8" too small.

I know I can get the molded hose through GM, but that doesn't help.

Thanks!

You should be able to find 1/2" emissions hose somewhere.

Hmm... CCV hose. That hose is a wacky shape going from the throttle body to the right-side valve cover; I'd want to use a molded hose to avoid kinks.

I believe the hose is 5/8" O.D., so 1/2" I.D. sounds correct. Have you tried NAPA? They carry Gates hoses and I know for a fact that Gates makes emission hose in that size.
