Is it necesary/possible to replace this bearing?
If so, what is the part# and the torque specs for it?

Look for a 203-ff bearing at your parts store. At Advance I believe it is available in the motor city brand under part number s-203-ff. You can change it out with a couple of the right size sockets and a hammer.
