fuel pump circuit ? KINDA IN A HURRY

today my car just started to loose power and suddenly stalled when i cycled the key the pump didn't cycle but how do i test to see if it is a pump and not just a relay ? and were is the fuel pump relay on this car 1987 iroc 305 tpi 5spd thanks

Axle/Gears: Ford 9" 3.60
12v+ to the "G" terminal on the ALDL (bottom row, farthest on the left).

Relay is on the firewall, between the brake booster and the fender. There is a group of relays, the FP is right in the middle.

If it started to lose power, I'd bet it's the pump.
