starts missing passed half throtle

starts missing passed half throtle
just installed my new motor, runs great but once you start to get into it. like go pass half way on the throtle it starts missing. i was thinking it was the thortle sensor, coil or igintion module? what else could do that?

I might suggest you heading to the "DIY PROM" board. Your answer lies within.
basically, the stock chip is not designed to work with anything other than completely stock. If you do any modifications to it then you'll have to burn your own chip for it. I personally dont know a thing about it, but i hear it's relatively inexpensive, and sorta fun once you get started.
