LT1 intake port ID

Hey Folks,

I'm slowly working on getting my L98 W/ LT1 intake installed, and I was hoping someone could shed some light on some of the vacuum ports sprouting all over the thing. Originally this install was carb'd, so I'm fuel injecting (Megasquirt) it as well as converting to the LT1 intake, so I'm doing everything from scratch and not sure which ports I need.

Here are the pics of my intake installed:

I've been scouring the forums for close ups, and my 3rd gen Haynes manual, and so far all I've been able to ID is the breather port on the right-hand side of the TB.
1. brake booster?
2.??
3.??
4.??
5. FPR vacuum reference?
6. ??

Also, could someone tell me if the throttle cable is passing through the bracket in the right place (I know it's not bolted down, and the cable needs to be cut down)? It seems like an odd angle, I assume I'm supposed to attach the cable to the front of the throttle cam instead of to the two arms on the cam? One I'm sure is for a kickdown cable...the other?

Thanks for any light that you can shed.

This is the connection scheme for my '94, using your numbers:

1. EGR vacuum solenoid valve;
2. PCV Valve;
3. OPTI Spark vent vacuum;
4. Brake power booster;
5. HVAC controls (in passenger compartment);
6. Fuel pressure regulator pilot vacuum.

Some of your hose barbs appear too large for some of those functions, but may have been changed. The EGR and OPTI supplies are supposed to be the same size.

The throttle cable bracket is not installed correctly. The inner cable is for the pedal, the lower/outer connection is for the cruise control.

Vader,

Thank you for the pics and information. VERY helpful, especially the throttle cable picture. Looks like the TB I have was for an auto with CC. Confident that I've got that stuff sorted out, I'm going to cut the cable and hook it up tomorrow. It'll be pretty cool to be able to slap the pedal to the floor and see it translate into motion up front.

Thanks again.
