I've been considering the hotcam except for the fact you need an additional $100 for the 1.6 rockers to achieve the .525/.525 lift. So I also found this Crane Cam that has a little less intake lift but a little more duration at 0.05:

What do you guys think? Could the extra duration make up for the less lift up on the top end?

what kind of heads/intake are on the car? If they don't flow any air past .500", then there's no point on a cam that's got .525" lift.

If the ZZ4 engine (pardon my lack of knowledge) has the factory style roller cam that uses the 2 bolt retainer plate you'll need a new timing chain set. And you'll have to use a cam button with the Crane cam. That may also require a new timing chain cover that doesn't flex as much as a stock cover.
And just so you know, you don't "have to" buy 1.6 rockers. 1.5 will still give you .492" lift at the valves.
Just a few things to add to the cost difference.
