Anyone running a miniram in CA?

I know this intake is NOT smog legal, but it looks kinda subtle like a LT1 intake. I know it also doesn't have a provision for an EGR valve.

So the real question is....anyone passing smog (somehow) with this intake? --Dan

The only way a miniram would be smog legal in Ca would be on an older car that's exempt to begin with.
An inspector would take one look at a miniram on a thirdgen and know immediately that it's non compliant.
There may be some guys running them illegally, and there probably are. They fit nicely under a stock hood and it would be easy to sneak around with one in there and go unnoticed, providing the rest of your car wasn't a giveaway.
