Hey guys/gals,
Please help me out here. I just bought an '89 IROC RAGTOP and wanted to check the timing. My '87 has the tan EST wire in the normal location on passanger firewall... I can find no such wire on my 1989... What am I missing??
I looked into the large loom of wires and I can see a brown/ tan wire with black hash marks on it, but I find no dissconnect..
Thanks for the help.

On my '89 IROC, it's closer to the pass side strut tower, than the firewall.

Look around here....
BINGO!
Boy do I have tunnel vision! It was located right where you said it was, behind the loom next to the strut tower.
Thanks for the help!
