What all should I check?
(Most of the problems Ive had with the car I work for hours thinking its something drastic.. turns out it was just a missing part, etc.)

Check the washer fluid hose where it attaches to the pump. For some reason a common problem seems to be the barb on the pump breaking off inside the line.

One problem with the washers is the lack of use results in the punp drying out, and it needs to be primed. Try blowing some water through the hose to the pump, if this does not work, the pump needs replacing. Cost about $15.00 for the pump.
