Just got my engine started tonight. And it sounds bad ***, real choppy race idle. Everything seems to be good. Pulled the valve covers off and everything in there was as should be. Ran it open shorty headers, so I couldnt listen for little sounds, like knocking (my biggest enemy). Its definetly a gas hog, but thats the price you pay for power! I also think 60psi of oil pressure@1300rpm is a bit much, might need to put a stock pump in.

Anyone know what I can do to like, improvise some mufflers so I can listen to it closely? I have the cheap flowtech headers, and no I dont want to buy new ones.
