so my service engine soon light comes on at the track one night and i jump to see the codes 2 days later codes 21 & 24 idles a little higher in neutral and park... any ideas?

21. High voltage at throttle positon sensor

I guess i should have looked a little harder on the site for the answer to my own question.
Does code 21 answer the high idle problem?
