78 monte carlo wiring harness...
hey all, I know this isn't 3rd gen related but on my friend's monte carlo ('78 w/ a 350) the wiring harness has a short somewhere and the wipers aren't coming on.... if anyone could provide a scematic it would be greatly appreciated... thanks

Have him try grounding the frame of the motor... its only ground is a little brass strap across one of the rubber bushings that mount it; when the rubber wears out, the strap no longer makes contact, and you end up with intermittent wipers.
