How do I get the pulley off the power steering pump that goes to the serpentine setup?

Pwr steering pump pulley.

What's the easiest way to get it back on? Do you need a press or can you pull it on to the shaft with a bolt and big washer?

The pulley puller installs it back on too. My kit cost me $80 but it was worth it just to not have the hassle anymore. If you can say it without getting your tounge tied ask for a power steering pump pulley puller kit. I always ended up having pimp in there somewhere.
