Black or Tan cap?

Does anyone know off the top of their head if there is a phisical difference other then color? It seems the black one is cheaper, just interested in why.

Check out the top two

I always liked the tan Accel caps they are much thicker than any other cap that I have seen. Well worth the extra money.

I guess they just need to swap the words "Heavy-Duty" over to the tan cap. Or maybe its there just to ensure customers that its still a heavy duty cap so that people buy it.
