I have an 86 TA and I am just lloking for opinions on whether I should sell the car as a whole or part it out. this is NOT an advertisement, I'm just trying to find out how much the seperate parts are worth and if the sum is more then I can get for the whole car. I am having trouble selling it as a whole and might have to part it out.

The specs are 86 TA 305TPI/700R4 2.77 Posi Disc rear. WS6. Aluminum Driveshaft. Black GTA interior. The body is mostly good (PS fender is dented) but is primered. Some rust on underbody.

Now about what can I expect from the sales of all the good parts (Drveshaft, TPI, wiring harness, GTA seats, 700R4, rear, windshield, T-Tops, hood, nose, GTA hatch, etc..). Either way I need to get 1100$ altogether, which way is more likely?

Well is you part the car out:

Pros: Most likely you'll end up with more $$ in the end.

Con: You'll have many people over "picking and pulling" things.

Con: It will take more time to get $$'s.

Con: You'll most likely be left with a stripped out shell and bunch of useless parts.

Con: You'll now have to spend $$ to have it hualed away.

Pro of selling it complete: It's now gone and out of the way. All the $$ are in your pocket at one time.
