Engine Block decoding question

Transmission: TH700R4/Vigilante
Axle/Gears: D44/3.45
Engine Block decoding question

By lookin at the block i couldnt found if my 74 350 its a LG5 or a LM1 ...
WHERE IN THE ENGINE ARE THESE CODES STAMPED ?

or how can i found looking at the engine ?
(not in the car)

on the pad above the timing cover gasket surface and in front of the right head

The casting number is at the back of the
engine block on the driver side.
