do a search.

in short, you won't see much gains if that's your only mod. you shouldn't need new valve springs.
how many kms on the car?
you may want to do the valve seals at the same time though.

stock is 1.5, you could get 1.6, but you won't see anything dramatic.

80k miles...headers and 3 inch catback

it smokes black for about 1-2 seconds upon start up which is typical of GM valve seals....how hard is it to replace valve seals? It may not be worth it since they dont leak too bad

damn o rings! lol

well if you're in replacing the rockers, then it's pretty close to doing the seals. not too bad, either the rope trick or compressed air will hold the valves up while you change the seals. and they're pretty cheap in the grand scheme of things, you'll earn that money back in less oil you add to the car really fast.

that's low miles, your stock springs are probably ok. I'd look at a cam, or something that'll give more bang for the buck.... not a TPI guru here, so i'll let someone else chime in.

Black smoke is by no means typical of valve seals. Leaky injectors maybe, but certainly not valve seals.
