Heater delete

The heater's been rendered inoperative, so now I need to know how to get rid of the heater control valve thingie.

The two that run to the heater core could just be chopped off, but which pipes do I need to connect? Or, could I simply put a plug in any hole left by the hoses I removed?

Edit: Forgot to mention, this is a 91 305 TBI.

just remove all the heater hoses. if you aren't running a heater all you need is the top and bottom radiator hoses. if you have the radiator with a heater hose coming from it just put a bolt of pipe plug in a short piece of hose to block it off.

on the heater valve, you should have three hosesone comming from a metal pipe with a T, you can cap that off, one comming from the firewall thats to your heater core, and one comming from your manifold, to just get rid of the heater valve, just cap of the metal T pipe, and run a hose from the manifold to the heater core, to get rid of the heater core to, so coolent doesnt flow through it, cap of the T thing, and take the other hose that goes to the firewall (not the heater valve one, and connect that to the maifold, am i confusing you?
