I work on this car all the time, but its last tune up I wasn't around and she had another friend do it. the car has about 75,000 on it. It idles high and makes the car lunge when you let off the brake. she said that it will shake when she turns it off. in park it idels at 3 grand, (redlines at 6) she also says that she will be cruising down the road and let off the gas and the car will accelarate by itself.

Kind of sounds like a vaccuum leak to me, did her other friend screw with something other than the spark plugs?
