Narrowed my TBI problem, pics inside.

Hi, I found few things that were wrong with my car.
1. The intake bolt that held down the bracket for the linkeage was very loose. So I tightened it and checked the other bolts and they were all tight.
I also noticed that there was a bit of oil right behind the intake bolt by the head.

2. I went under my dash and here is what I found.

These two connectors are behind the brake pedal, and as you push the pedal in they extend, than contract with the brake.
There is one line going to it as well.
Here is the pic.

looks like that kills the cruise control when you hit the brake.

Here is basically what my problem is.

The car takes 20 secs. which seems normal to start when its cold, and I hear the pump prime.
It idles fine when its warming up.
Than once its warmed up the idle is somewhat erratic. It would jump from 800-500 and such, but it will never die.

The main problem occurs when I put it in gear.
In reverse or in drive.
If I shift into drive and idle in drive the RPMs would drop to 450 and than the car starts hissing and raises to about 650. Than my driveablity goes to hell. It stumbles from a stop and goes fine if I go 1/3 throttle on it.
When the car hisses, the idle gets up and the car gets loud and starts shivering a bit. Sometimes there is even a miss.

So, I replaced
IAC, MAP, TPS, CTS, re-built the throttle body and tightened down my intake, new distributor, new MSD blaster coil, new wires, new pluggs, 4 advanced timing, ran it at 0 and 4 runs better.
The car still does the same thing.
Someone suggested the fuel pump, but the cone looks good, and there is a lot of fuel past about 2000 rpms.

The interesting thing is that if I don;t idle in drive for a long time and just keep going, my car would work great.????

Theres gotta be something with the brakes, or sumting.

I really need some help.

Anyone know what would make TBI hiss after acceleration.

Its hissing right from the throttle plates.

If I adjust the idling and get it just right, the blades whistle.

Sounds very funny.

What does 02 sensor tell the computer to do???
