Car dies after startup then Check Engine
Yesterday I went to start my bird after stoping at Walgreens. It fired up, then imediately died. This happened several times. Sometimes this happerns in the morning, but only once, not like this. The only way to keep it running was to give it gas. I kept it at around 1000rpm and was able to drive home. While driving the check engine light came on but it started to idle by itself during stops. My oil pressure was reading a litle low and my temp was around 210, but it got there faster than usual. When I stoped I noticed a lot of heat was coming from the area near the oil dipstick(305tpi LB9). Does anyone know what this could mean. I am thinking of taking it to the shop. I haven't tried to start it since.
i would check your fuel pressure, and filter, was ther enough oill in there
