Axle/Gears: 3.27 9 bolt

Another TBI toTPI coversion question

i've ran the harness throught the fender well and throught the kick panel i have two plugs for the ECM and one other that plugs into the harness going into the dash.
can you tell me what this plug is for?now i've noticed the TBI and the TPI plugs are pinned differently.
91-tbi to a 89-tpi

i think it goes to the ALDL, but not 100% sure.
