emmisions

i have a 91Rs(305). I plan on dropping a rebuilt 350 with the best heads, intake man, TBI, and headers. the only problem is that i live in CA so emmisions is not good. does any body know a good combo of what i said above that would make me pass the sniffer? thanx

From what I've seen, as long as your original emissions are intact for the visual and cat is up to snuff you should be good to go. Be sure to look for "CARB approved" for any aftermarket mods. I had to put ALL my emissions back on mine when I got out here from Florida.
