383 piston/ring question.

I'm planning a 383 and am gathering parts. I have 60cc 6085 edelbrock aluminum heads, and an 87 roller 350 block thats going to be bored over .030, I'm looking at some

Keith Black pistons, they are 12cc d-dish, going to use 5.7 rods also. Can anybody tell me what ring size I need to use with these? I can't find any info on any other webpages. 1/16 rings right?

Thanks,
Brendan

1/16" is good guess but i don't know for sure and don't have a KB catalog. whoever sells you the pistons will know for sure. you want to make sure the pistons work for a 5.7 rod.

Whats the part number? I'd rather have that first.

Those have 2 5/64" rings and 1 3/16" ring.
Just for kicks:
They are for a 383 with 5.7 rods. The compression height is 1.433, pin diameter .9272, 12-cc D-cup (probably look identical to the ones I have), the pistons are 515 grams, and the pins are 145 grams. They recommend .0015 clearance piston-bore.

I also tracked down their website, this page has some ring info for ya:

I'd use the speed-pro rings personally.
The ring listings probably are missing the oversize FYI.

I have those exact pistons in my current 383. Madmax is right on with the info.
