Thinking about tradeing these heads for some that are right for my car.

The heads I have have been bolted on a Chevy love drag truck. With these on he broke his 4 speed Muncie while pulling a wheelie down the strip. The intake valve is about 2" and the exhaust is about 1.65 but I don’t have the right tools to measure them exactly but you get the picture right?

Since thire worth some money with the 3 valve springs and screw in studs fully ported, angled spark plugs. I might be able to work out a trade for some heads and other parts for my car. Such as a manifold, other heads, possibly a cam, and what ever else some one is willing to trade.

Where is the best place to put a add. Hey if your interested email me. Anyway this is the best thing to do right now. These heads are just sitting in my house when I could have parts to build on to a 305. Or should I wait and put them on the 400SB that I am tring to put together?

What do you think maybe I'm just Impatient.

Get a casting #. It's possible they might be suitable for a 400. e-mail me with details, I might be interested in them for my 400 if you don't plan to use them. Right now mine has a set of 186 casting "double-hump" ones with the accessory bolt holes, of the straight plug variety.

If nobody around here wants them they'd probably fetch a good price on ebay. But your thirdgen brothers (and sisters) ought to have first dibs on them.
