A Smokin Tail Pipe ?

Engine: 5.0 L
Transmission: auto
A Smokin Tail Pipe ?
Alright, I need some help. When the engine is started I have white smoke coming out the tail pipe. It goes away after driving for a few miles though. There is an oil leak I just dont know where. Some say its a valve seal or something.
Any suggestions. And if so what type of work might be needed.

Likely just condensation from the exhaust, I wouldn't worry about it... its totally normal.
If it was oil, it would be blue smoke.
