Walbro Fuel Pump LOUD???????????????????

I have the Walbro 255 pump in my car for like the last three weeks. I know they are supposed or can be a litle louder beause I didn't reuse the pulsator thingy. Mine does whine an I dont really care its normaly pretty quite. But the last two days I noticed it gets pretty loud only SOMETIMES and only when idleing or very slow driving did I really notice it. Other times its pretty quite but there, at idle.

My question is while IDLEING or VERY SLOW driving, is it normal for the volume to be quite sometimes and other times be very loud or should it always be the same. I just want to be sure nothing is wrong with it.
