Broken rocker arm stud q?

How would I go about removing it, it broke just below the threads and there is about 2" left. How would I remove this? I am not to exited about pulling the engine, cause I just put it in so any suggestions would be appreciated.

tap it 3/8"-24 and use a stack of ewashers and a nut to pull it, just tighten the nut and the stud will be pulled from the head, then buy a "repair" stud, tap the head and screw it in.
