Idle

What rpm does your car idle at? Mines at around 1500k and I thought that was fine, but my friends Audi 90 20V Quattro idles at 1k.

NVM, I turned it down to around 800.

idle

mine is like 1000 cold 700 warm

100% stock motor... Really needs a tune though. wont pass smog in CA with a idle above 800.

yeah Im thinkin of takin my car off the road for like a month, month of december cuz my car will be awful with the cold and snow here, and doing a full tune up kit.

actually the problem Im having now is the engine kinda buckes when its warming up so Im thinkin I turned the idle down too much so I might put it up a little.
