Will this oil pan fit my car?

I am building a 406, and I need an oil pan for it. I found this one on eBay, and I was wondering if it would work for me. Here is a picture:

Let me know if you see any problems with it. I will be running Hooker Long Tubes, and probably a custom Y-Pipe. I am also thinking about getting the PA Racing K-Member, if that matters. Thanks guys.

I would find out the manufacturer and part number, and ask them what that pan fits.

It will fit the motor. As far as the rest of the car (chassis and exhaust) you're on your own. The part most likely to cause chassis interference, namely just in front of the sump, is totally invisible in the pic.

I'll try to see if I can get more pictures of the pan. The pan is supposedly for 70+ Camaros, but I am sure that mean 2nd gen only.
