The 91 Rally sport has a 305 v-8 and has decent power but not really what I would like. What are some things I can do or parts I can buy to add 30-50 more HP? Please direct me to source where I can purchase the items.

Actually that's a pretty good question, don't be shy about your questions here, thats basicly what this web site is for. The first thing I added to my car (91 Camaro RS) were the SuperComp Headers a little pricy but they'll add you a good amount of headers, here's a website you can buy them at jegs.com

Take some time to familiarize yourself with the boards. Pop on over to the TBI forum and get ready for some reading. Take not of the threads that are at the top of the page. They will provide countless tips and "how to's" to get your little LO3 running like a deamon.

i would just start out with a K&N airfilter and free up the exhaust, rip off muffler and go with straights its not too loud if u have stock LO3 and some headers if $$$ allows but depends on where u live also i guess california has some pretty stupid smog laws
