wont pass smog, any suggestions?

wont pass smog, any suggestions?
i have a t/a with a 305 and it has a q-jet 4 bbrl... she's not passing smog, i gave her a basic tune up (oil change, air cleaner, o2 sensors, ect..) but she still wont pass... does anyone have any tips or suggestions......

What isn't passing? Be specific. HC? Nox? CO?
How old is your O2 sensor? How old is your cat? Is everything hooked up and working? Ever replace the EGR valve? How much oil does it burn between changes? When was the last time you ran some fuel system cleaner through it? Is nice and HOT when it's being tested (engine and cats)?
