Bowtie Heads

I was looking to find some Info on both the Chevy Bowtie heads, and the Double-Hump Heads. I wanna know what exactly are they? Will they fit on a 305? How much of a performance gain would I see on a '92 Camaro RS? and What cars can I find them on in the junkyard?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

they are on 66-70 high performance cars, they had eather 202/160 valves or 196/150's they were the best flowing stock production heads, none will work on your 92' only a 86 and older. best bet is the world 305 heads
