1.6 rockers?

I was wondering what a higher ratio rocker arm would do for my 350.When i put it together last summer,i used a cam that had a pretty short duration because i run a stock converter.I wonder if i'm limiting the engine alittle because the lift is only 420/442.If i went with 1.6 rockers instead of the 1.5's,would this give me more lift without altering duration. How much more?Would i gain any noticable hp?I run heads from a 94'tpi 5.7 and i think the springs are good till about a 480 lift. The stock rockers are self-aligning also.Has anyone tried rollertip,or full roller rockers on heads like these? How did they work?Sorry for all the questions, but my baby's in storage and i'm suffering from separation anxiety(ha)!

With that mild hyd cam (which works well)
you will see a nice gain by running 1.6
ratio rockers. You may see a much as 10 to 12 hp at the peak. This will increase your effective rate of lift, without increasing the effective running duration too much.
Generally people have found it affects the intakes better than the exhaust side. Go for it. To calculate the lift @ 1.6 ratio
when lift@ 1.5 is known just multiply by 1.0666.
