I need some instructions on replacing valve seals...
I don't know where to start exactly, but I do know I have to pull the valve covers off right?
I wanna get started on replacing the seals out, cause the car has been smoking on startup since it hit 100k about 11k miles ago....the car is brinking onto 112k...anyway, my Haynes manuals doesn't say anything about valve seal replacement.
Does anyone or can anyone give me a link or a thorough instructions on how to do this...how hard is it to do, and would it be a better benefit if I take it to a shop to have them replace them....
Thanks a bunch

the archives. There have been numerous threads with instruction for various methods, tools needed, tips and tricks, and probably most of what you'll need to get it done.
