stall out

one day i was driving and then my car all of a sudden loses power and i couldnt go so fast, i changed the fuel filter but still the same problem. does any one know what is the psi for the fuel pump. can anyone tell me what the problem is?

You should have about 40-45 psi at the fuel rail. If you could get a fuel pressure gage on it and observe what it is when the symptoms appear, that would be pretty helpful.

well that sux cuz i was getting 10 psi at the rail u think maybe the filter in the fuel pump maybe dirty?

Or the pump may be on its last string. Could be a regulator issue as well.

Or a clogged pickup sock filter.
