Car ocasionally wont start!

Heres the Problem, the other day doing round town errands I pull in the drive-way and the Formula shuts off on me, Im definitly getting fuel, I let the car sit for an hour or so then it started rite back up, the ECM wasnt throwing any codes. Once she started back up I noticed a plug wire was arcing to the ex manifold, I replaced and checked all the wires and the car ran fine until this morning, I got in the car turned the key, the starter engaged, I could hear the fuel pump, ocasionally you'll hear it kinda bump over then back to no spark. After cranking her for about 10 mins eventually it started up, I shut her down again and re-started it and no problems! I was hoping someone could narrow it down for me, my guess, Ign Cnt Mod, Neutral saftey, Ignition Switch, or pick-up?
The Ign mod is a accel unit been in the car for about 3 months, Msd Blaster coil, fairly new, Key lock cyl is new as well, Any Ideas?

Well for kicks, I took the ICM out of the old dist. and had it tested and it was bad, but ohwell...The old dist looked like crap so I guess I dont have to worry about problems with a new one.
