i have a 305 h.o. ,its a new engine.it also has a new iac,egr tps(set at .54 )new coolant sensor didnt replace knock sensor.it will rev to 5800 rpms at 3/4 throttle ,but if you floor it it will go to about 4200 rpms and wont change out of first gear ,as soon as you let off the least little bit ,it changes ,spins as it hits second ,runs great to 4200 rpms and wont change into third until i back off a little bit. it also has an afpr.ive checked the timing,set 6*,reset detent cable.if vader or anyone else has any ideas ,all help is appreciated.thanks jimmy if anyone wants to e-mail me its jimmysfastam2005@yahoo.com or morris1@esinc.net thanks again fellow thirdgenners jimmy
