A manual box from a S10 truck will work. Why you would want manual brake is beyond me.

To answer your question, no.
I use a manual steering box from an S10. My manual brake master cylinder is also from an S10 but it's far from being a direct bolt in. Fabrication and modifications are required.
The manual steering is good especially for a drag car. There's a huge weight saving from removing all the power steering stuff.
Converting to manual brakes only has one advantage. More room in the engine compartment. The brake booster is only about 5 pounds.

I am using the same stuff as Stephen87,
In my case I used the box and pitman arm from the S-10,and it still drives great,no problems whatsoever. And my car is still street driven.
But unless you just don't have any vacume for power brakes,I'd stay with them. The booster truly is light,as mentioned above, and I know if I had the vacume to operate them,I'd go back in a second.
If you have to have manual brakes,A buddy of mine swapped in a master cyl. from a Vette w/ 4 wheel discs into his V8 S10,and his brakes are notically more responsive than mine.
I'm considering changing over to it myself,if it works on his S10,and an S10 master can be made to work on a 3rd gen,it should be doable.
