codes 23 and 32

codes 23 and 32.....otherwise, the car runs fine

I just replaced the headers.......and didn't put on a new cat. Searching other posts it appears low backpressure may be causing the EGR to read incorrectly. If that's what's going on, what can I do to fix it?

Anyone??????

These codes aren't getting thrown until the car gets warmed up...maybe when it goes (or tries to go) into closed loop?

I've never had a code 32 with headers and no cat (have an exhaust cut out where the cat used to be). Don't think that would cause your code. Doesn't help much, just my experience.
