Engine: LQ9 W/ Howards ASA cam+Fast 90

Transmission: T56 Mgw shifter

Axle/Gears: Currie 9inch w 4.30 gears

federal mogul bearings

anyone have any experience/opinions on the 1663ma bearings they are supposed to polish the crank as theyre used due to the silicone inpregnanted in the bearing

what do you think?

I've had really good luck with Clevite 77s for a long time. Then again, you never know until you try. Go ahead, and let us know how it works out.

Axle/Gears: No idea

I used Federal Mogul bearings "made in Korea" in my wife's Chevy and no problems with them ( 1.5 years running).

I've used the A series bearings, haven't really noticed any difference.

Never seen a problem, but heard of a few. My top choices are ACL and King. Had problems with the top layer on the Clevite 77's wearing off prematurely.
