Does the Dashboard need to be removed to remove the orininal AC/Heater box and Install a Non-AC Heater box? (I can't find the search function)

no. Just remove the old A/C one and bolt the non-A/C heater box in its place.

BTW, while the search is down, you can use Google to search TGO. Not as easy, but it works.

The lower bolts will have to be removed from inside the car. They are behind the carpet on the pass. side if I recall. The bolt/nut by the exhaust manifold will probably be the most difficult to remove.

I'm trying to install the Non-AC Airbox from "IROCDAVE". Has anyone had to modify the box or grind off the edges to get it to fit?...its fitting really tight at this point...any suggestions?
